1:1 Coaching

The GiANT© Intensive is a deep dive, 1:1 experience designed to help you start down the path to becoming a 100X Leader.  There are 6 sessions and each one is designed to unpack a different aspect of your leadership to help you understand yourself better, and then equip you with how to use that awareness to make you more effective at everything you do.  At the end, we will develop a Game plan to put what you learn into practice so you can start working toward your personal goals as a 100X Leader.

 

Leadership Intensive

The Leader Intensive, developed by GiANT Worldwide, offers a transformative, one-on-one, multi-session experience designed to guide you toward becoming a 100X Leader. Through six structured sessions, you'll build foundational skills centered around your Story, Voice, Choice, Rhythm, and Relationships, culminating in a personalized Game Plan for ongoing growth and transformation.

100X Leader Workshop

Know Yourself to Lead Yourself. The 100X Leader Program is a 12-Month transformational process for individual leaders looking to take their leadership skills and performance to the next level. This program is designed to help you move from good to great as you become a leader worth following, not just someone people have to follow. Throughout the program, we will help you become crystal clear on your leadership tendencies - from your strengths to the weaknesses that undermine you - and then equip you with the tools you need to lead yourself and your people to more effective outcomes. 100X is perfect for any leader who wants to grow or improve, but it can also be especially useful for first time leaders, for aspiring and high potential leaders, for leaders in a new role or company, or for those who just feel stuck and need help getting unstuck and back on the path to high performance once again.

Five Voices for Teams

This program is designed to lead teams through a structured and transformative journey centered on the 5 Voices framework. Its goal is to improve team communication, collaboration, and performance. Spanning six core workshops over the course of a year, the program takes a comprehensive approach, addressing key aspects of team dynamics in each session.  Teams will participate in personal and collaborative exercises that reinforce the principles learned, fostering an environment where every voice is heard and valued. The ultimate goal is to cultivate high-performing teams that are not only effective but also harmonious and innovative.  Learn a leadership language that keeps everyone working together towards the common good and elevate your team to improve performance!

 

Altitude Training

This program is a guided leader development program designed to give you practical tools that elevate your leadership in 30 minutes or less each week. Consisting of 50 on-demand sessions, Altitude Training will teach you a new skill each week to help you address your biggest leadership challenges, find your sweet spot, and improve your performance. 

 

This program includes:

• Weekly 30-Minute Video Training: Learn and implement practical tools designed to elevate your leadership effectiveness.

• Weekly 100 Exercise: Strengthen your personal leadership through focused, actionable activities.

• Weekly X Challenge: Turn insights into action by applying what you've learned to create an immediate, positive impact on others.

• Bi-Weekly One-Hour Core Group Sessions: Enhance your understanding, deepen your application of key concepts, and stay accountable on your leadership journey.

 

Toolkit Sessions

GiANT has over 65 visual leadership tools that focus on various areas needed for taking teams and individuals to higher levels. These toolkit sessions will focus one tool at a time in order to build the skillset needed to develop people who create healthy environments.
