Hi There, I'm Mapi!

I'm a bilingual (English/Spanish) leadership coach, trainer, and storyteller originally from Peru, now based in Ohio.

 

I believe transformation is possible for every person and every team. Not someday — now. Because I don't walk into a room looking for what needs to be fixed. I walk in looking for what's already there. God has given every person an identity, a voice, and a set of gifts that are uniquely theirs. My job is to shine a light on those gifts and show teams how much they need each other to truly win. Think Formula 1: a great driver is nothing without the team behind them. Every role matters. Every voice is necessary.  That's the heart behind everything I do.

I'm a trainer and communicator at my core — I come alive in a room full of people who are ready to grow. I use the 5 Voices framework through GiANT Worldwide to help teams understand how they're each wired, why they clash, and how to work together in a way that brings out the best in everyone. I do this work in English and in Spanish. My heart is especially drawn to the Spanish-speaking world. Someday soon, this work goes to Latin America.

I'm a people lover, a lifelong learner, a wife to Chris, and a mom to three girls and I bring all of that into every room I walk into.

 

You don't need to have it all figured out. You don't need a perfect team. You just need to be ready to see what's already there — and willing to build from it.  That's where I come in.
